Her capabilities have been well nurtured through her consistent involvement with reputed organizations like ICICI Prudential life Insurance Co Ltd, AXA Business Services, Xplore consultancy, Stratadigm Education and Training Pvt Ltd to name a few. Her proficiency as an eloquent communicator and her nonpareil knowledge have helped her in encouraging and bringing about great improvement in her clients. Phani Kumar definitely is the ‘go to guy’ when it comes to financial planning, owing to his presence in the field as a financial advisor for nine years. He is an Independent Financial Planner and also a certified CFP, the highest qualification in the field of financial planning by FPSB, India. He also had a stint with ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co Ltd as a consultant trainer for four years. In addition to this, he is IRDA licensed and AFMI certified. With his vast experience and unparalleled knowledge, he can undoubtedly turn the cards in your favour. At FRLS, his capabilities are put to its best use to educate non finance employees to understand financial modules. He is a man who will surely turn the tables around for you and give you all the required input in his area of expertise.

VANISHREE DEEPAK

Having spent ten years as a corporate trainer and consultant, Vanishree Deepak is a walking transformative force, all set to give you soft skills and quantitative abilities, a constructive makeover. With an MBA in Human resource and training, a post graduate degree in computer science and executive training in effective memory and soft skills, she serves as a game changing asset to our customers at FRLS. Having worked as a trainer with various reputed institutions such as Tata Consultancy, Aloha India, CFTE and many more banks and organisations, she has to her credit the success stories of many of her clients over the years. She has served as the Academic Assessment Head for teachers in various institutions and has worked with 'TIMES OF INDIA' and ' DECCAN HERALD' in their education division. She has also contributed generously through her work with several NGO's. Through her personality development modules, soft skills and business development modules, Vanishree Deepak paints a bright picture for the future of the customers at FRLS.

CHETANA BALIGA

Your talent can determine what you can do, your motivation determines how much willing you are, to do and your attitude determines how well you do it. True to this, a multi-faceted persona that she is, Chetana Baliga completed her diploma in Costume and Dress making from Kuvempu University. Later she chose the noble teaching profession and worked as an assistant teacher at Poorna Prajnya School and was actively involved in organizing trips for nature clubs, debates, essay writing and other competitions. Later she worked at Karle Group as a production coordinator. She then joined as a volunteer at an NGO,CMCA India and from then on she is responsible for tutoring the wards and making them active citizens, imbibing life skills and many more. Carrying with her an amalgamation of skills assimilated first hand, Chetana Baliga is just the person to bring in great value to our skill based program and create an atmosphere that motivates a zest for growth.
