Architecture
Is a culmination of both modernism and various historical styles with respect for the spatial, formal and cultural aspects developed over the years. Services in this area include Concept formulation, preparation of drawings, specification and other contract documents while observing the work progress and accommodating design changes. If required a range of pre-design and post construction services can also be provided.
Pre design service includes programming, space planning, and analysis of existing facilities, market studies, feasibility studies, and financing studies on and off site utility studies and planning and zoning assistance. Basic Vastu advice and implementation will also be assisted with.
Post Construction services include –post construction evaluation, post occupancy evaluation, start up assistance, maintenance and operational programming, record drawing and safety documentation.

Landscaping
We work as a team to provide aesthetic and innovative indoor and outdoor spaces for our clients to enjoy, whilst taking utmost care that any landscape designs we do are sustainable and environment friendly. Our Landscape projects includes both public and private spaces that range from designing the layout of gardens and housing , hospitals and space around temples.
We collaborate closely with our clients and advise suitable plants taking into account the soil conditions and other site factors. Landscape Designing, Detailing and supervision of outdoor and indoor spaces using both, hard and soft services, plant materials, water bodies etc.

BINDU SUBRAMANI
B. Arch.(Dayananda Sagar college of engg, Bangalore.)
Our Principal Architect, Bindu Subramani has completed her B’Arch from Dayananda Sagar College of Engg, Bangalore. Leadership quality comes naturally for her and she headed the NASA inter-collegiate design workshop team from her college. Her professional experience has been as an Architect and team leader of a team of 12 designers of SV Consultants, Bangalore. She was involved in the design and development of several prestigious projects, including the Mizoram Millennium Tower (2400sm commercial complex) and several other architectural and interior projects in south India.
In addition to the marketing efforts of the firm Bindu has been actively involved with the construction development for several renowned projects. Currently she leads a confident and hard working team 12 people

We are a team of 2 architects, 1 project Manager, 3 interior designers, 2 structural Engineers ,3 draftsman and supervisors. Interior Design
The design of Interior spaces is an effective tool to express the individuality in case of residential projects and the corporate imagery in case of institutional work.
