Surajit Bose has over 14 years of experience in consulting and global services (IT/ITES) industry. He has held leadership positions in the areas of strategy management, new market expansions, sales, marketing, etc., and has been instrumental in helping the companies he has worked for and its clients meet their growth, operational profitability and sourcing objectives.

His ability to forge executive level relationships and partnerships across regions has helped the companies he has worked for garner market share and get into strategic alliances in emerging markets. He has been instrumental in including several new business/ product/ service lines for the organizations he has worked thereby, increasing the overall product/ service offering to the client community, ensuring continuous client satisfaction and business growth.

Surajit has strong business acumen with thorough understanding of operations and its impact on financial parameters. He has demonstrated this by taking up various projects within the organizations that he has worked for, resulting in huge savings and positively impacting the bottom line.

Apart from being adept at planning successful go-to-market strategies his passionate commitment to quality sets him apart from his peers. He has completed the internal auditor course on ISO-9001 conducted and certified by TQMI. Surajit is considered a thought leader in the global sourcing and services industry and have been a keynote speaker in forums like the “Global Outsourcing Summit in China”, “Custommerce” etc. He has written white papers on “Customer Service – the new profitability lever” and “Outsourcing in emerging markets”

Surajit has done his Business Leadership Program from IIM, Bangalore and holds a Masters in Marketing Management from Welingkar Institute of Management, Mumbai. He completed his Bachelor of Science with Physics (Hons) from St. Xavier’s college, Mumbai.
